The six steps

   Inspection

   We measure the footprint, read the framing with a pin meter, count piers and penetrations, and check clearance and the floor.

2. 02

   Assessment

   The readings decide whether a liner is the right first job, and each finding is explained before a price is set.

3. 03

   Fixed quote

   One figure for the scope we measured. It does not change on the day unless you change the scope.

4. 04

   Preparation

   Debris, rubble and any old plastic come out; the floor is graded where it needs it.

5. 05

   Installation

   Full coverage, sealed laps, every pier wrapped, every penetration collared, the wall sheet fastened along its top edge.

6. 06

   Final documentation

   Photographs of your crawlspace, seams and terminations included, so you can check the standard against what was built.
